Hi James,
Glad to hear the visit was a success – I’ve passed your thanks onto our technician who worked on your car.
Initially we needed to plug into the ‘Star’ which all dealers have which finds if new software is available. This is then downloaded on a USB which then goes to the car.
I can’t really tell you any more specifics but any dealer should be able to do it according to our technician.
