I admit I don’t know much about the legislation in Europe and rely on the manufacturer ensuring they meet those requirements. We mainly cater for the UK market where we do not have these types of restrictions. It is down to the buyer to ensure that the applicable displayed marks are suitable for their market.
For instance, in the UK we cannot have an exhaust system that is over a certain noise level. It is down to the customer to ensure that the exhaust does not go over this level not the seller or the fitter
